Healthy Yogurt Fruit Bowl

Do you want to start the New Year on a healthy diet or want to start eating healthier? Consuming healthy food options are important to help your brain and body build essential nutrients and proteins. Give your body the energy it needs to help give you strength throughout your day, whether at work, school, or the gym.

Today I will go over a simple, fast, healthy yogurt and fruit bowl packed with nutrients and vitamins in less than 5 minutes.

Healthy Yogurt Fruit Bowl


Prep time: 5 Minutes



Ingredients:

  • Vanilla yogurt

  • Strawberry’s

  • Blackberries

  • Almonds

  • Granola

Directions:
  1. Gather your bowl, and add 3-4 scoops of the vanilla yogurt or as you desire.

  2. Wash your strawberries thoroughly before copping. Next, chop your strawberries into small pieces.

  3. Also, wash your blackberries thoroughly before chopping. You may also cut your blackberries or add them as you desire.

  4. Next, add your granola and almonds. Mix together and enjoy.

You may also add other fruits you like to your bowl and enjoy a healthy snack.

Strawberries are rich in vitamin C and polyphenols, antioxidants that help protect you against diseases.
Blackberries are also rich in vitamins C, and K and high in fiber. Adding healthy fruits to your meal is a great source of nutrition.
